The Swiss Lodge Hotel Bernerhof enjoys a superb location right in the center of town, making it a short walk from the station and convenient to everything, including being just a 2-minute walk to the TOP OF EUROPE via gondola. Guests often appreciate the rooms with a lovely view, sometimes overlooking the church or offering an inviting balcony to admire the Monch. Some found the bathrooms small, but overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money and features a great restaurant with reasonably priced food.

The location was fine. It was next to a ski hire shop.

The staff lacked manners. A female staff member was rude when I showed her some keys I found. She made faces at me. the room service staff entered my room without knocking. He told me I should have hung the "stop" sign outside but that was not available in my room.
