The Adelboden Suite has two bedrooms separated by a corridor, an additional single bed on the mezzanine, a sitting area, Maxibar, a Nespresso machine, and a small balcony with a partial view. The Snowdon Suite offers three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one single), each with its own bathroom, a lounge, a separate WC, a Maxibar, a Nespresso machine, and balconies with views. Bryn Williams at The Cambrian Restaurant serves dishes using fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. The Cambrian's chefs prepare Ottolenghi-inspired cuisine that incorporates local herbs and Alpine flavors into Mediterranean platters designed for sharing. The Axe Bar offers wholesome food, a well-stocked bar, local beers, and creative cocktails, open from midday to midnight (meals until 10 PM). The Cambrian Fondue experience is available daily from 1 PM, offering Swiss fondue on the terrace. A 5-course menu is available at CHF 95 per person, with wine pairing for an additional CHF 45. The restaurant sources ingredients from local mountains, lakes, rivers, and farms within the Canton of Bern.
Leisure: Spa and Fitness
The hotel has a spa with heated indoor and outdoor pools, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a rain shower, a gym, and a relaxing area. The hotel overlooks summits centered by the Wildstrubel and Engstligen Falls. It is near the valley station of the Engstligenalp, accessible by cable car, and the Grand Master Park (GMP).
