friendly staff alternate route clean room convenient location
The staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member helped me find an alternate route after my train was canceled. The room was clean. The location is convenient for the train station.
The room I had was not spacious.

The hotel is near the train and bus stations. This provides easy access. A supermarket is also close by, nice for quick shopping.

The breakfast had sufficient choices. Coffee and tea are available at all times in the lobby. This is quite convenient. The hotel also allows guests to eat food bought elsewhere in the breakfast area.

convenient location helpful staff fresh ingredients small shower inadequate soundproofing missing fan
the location was convenient near the train station. the staff was very helpful with directions. breakfast offered many options and fresh ingredients.
The shower space WAS small. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I heard footsteps from above. the bathroom did not include a fan.
