The location was great. It was a two minute walk from the main train station. the staff were all friendly and helpful. i was able to store my luggage there before and after check in. it really made my travel easier.
pillows were not comfortable. they were too large and soft. the mattress on the bed was too soft. it was difficult to sleep well.

Really good stay with a convenient location!

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. It was practically a ONE-MINUTE walk. The staff were accommodating, providing me with slippers and a toothbrush when I forgot mine. The buffet breakfast was also superb. I found the hotel's location ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
The pillows were not very supportive, which slightly impacted my sleep quality.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of breads, yogurts, jams, cereals, ham, and cheese. Scrambled eggs and bacon were also available. THE food was AMAZING!!! This made for filling and tasty meals.

My room included a balcony with a scenic view of the mountains, amazing. The room was nice and clean. I could see the Alps from there. Bathroom amenities such as body lotion, shampoo and shower gel, nail file, and a shower cap were provided.

The location is GREAT. It is just a two-minute walk from the train station. A local grocery store is also nearby. It made buying water bottles quite easy. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent. The train station is a short walk. the breakfast was amazing!!! it featured typical continental items, scrambled eggs, and bacon. the room was very comfortable. I had a studio apartment in the building behind the hotel. it was very spacious, and the beds were super comfortable.
The apartment is located behind the main hotel. The view was completely blocked. cooking tools were provided at reception, i had to return them. it was a hassle at checkout with my luggage.

The hotel is very close to the rail station. A two-minute walk made traveling easy. i had a beautiful view from my balcony. Snow-capped mountains were visible. the breakfast was excellent with good choices (especially the pancakes!).
the shower was over the bath which may not suit everyone.

I found the pillows to be substandard. They were too large and soft for my liking. the mattress also presented an issue, being excessively soft which impacted my sleep quality. furthermore, sound isolation was inadequate, and i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. this is unacceptable. there was also no kettle in the room.
