bright light small bathroom
The green emergency light in my room was REALLY bright at night. It made it hard to sleep. the bathroom was VERY small. I expected better for the price I paid, the room was substandard.

charming stay close to everything!

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was a great start to my days. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. the location was convenient, very near the interlaken west train station. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The room size was smaller than advertised. I thought it was quite cramped.

The hotel is a short walk from the interlaken west train station. This made travel very easy. several shops and restaurants are located nearby, accessible within a few minutes on foot. the central location is very convenient.

my room included a comfortable bed and basic furnishings. the room had a small balcony with mountain views. a fan was available in the room, nice, and the room included a tv.

The reception staff was kind and accommodating. They addressed all my concerns quickly. a portuguese-speaking staff member was available, which i found helpful. the staff were always cute and happy to help.

A Solid Choice
tourist info pleasant stay cold room no elevator
The breakfast offered great energy for the day. I loved the easily accessible tourist info with brochures. Personel stood up to the task. The view from the balcony felt so amazing.
The room felt cold. The heating elements in my room felt cold . There was no elevator, this was a big issue. I asked for coffee upon arrival, but I was directed to coffee shops nearby.

missing lift luggage carrying
the staff was friendly and cute. the availability of free parking was a nice bonus.
there was no lift. i had to carry my luggage to the floor where my room was located. it was not fun.

washing machine helpful train station easy travel small room heavy bags
the breakfast was adequate. it had a reasonable variety of items. the location were near the train station. it made travel quite easy. i find the availability of a washing machine very helpful, also i appreciated the dryer.
the room, i had was very small. it makes moving around with luggage difficult. the hotel don't have a elevator. this were quite inconvenient with heavy bags and two flights of stairs. the owner weren't too friendly.

a solid stay
friendly staff cooked eggs full couch
the staff were friendly. breakfast had eggs cooked to order. my room was large with a full size couch. the hotel was close to the train station.
