I found the staff kind. Their genuine smiles greeted me each day, and they offered superb local recommendations. the breakfast buffet was a good start, it featured diverse choices of fresh local products. i especially enjoyed the comfort of my room with its wonderful view. the convenient location near the station made my explorations seamless!
It could only accommodate a few people at a time, though the stairs were always an option.

My room featured ample space and thoughtful design, it included necessary amenities. the mountain view framed by the window was lovely. It offered a picturesque scene each morning and a soothing view each evening. the room felt very clean.

The proximity to the train station was a huge advantage. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. staff helped in sorting my transport. the hotel provided complimentary coffee and cake as a welcome gesture. It was a sweet touch after a long journey.

The breakfast offered many choices. I found it both satisfying and good! the fresh bread and various egg options were a highlight. They provided a hearty start to each day. there were also four kinds of jam available.

the hotel provided complimentary travel passes for local transportation. breakfast offered many choices (it was one of the best i've had in switzerland). the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants.
my room lacked air conditioning, and it was quite warm, a little uncomfortable.

the hotel is conveniently located near the interlaken west railway station. a short walk allowed easy access to shops and restaurants. the area is quiet, so i could relax.

musty smellpoor basin drain
I found some issues . The soundproofing wasn't good. I could hear every footstep from the room above, it really bothered me. The bathroom also had problems, it had a musty smell and the basin didn't drain properly.
