the bed was really comfortable. i slept well after watching a film on the philips tv. the breakfast and evening meal were amazing!!! i really enjoyed them.

the lift was not working . i was given the wrong room key upon arrival which could have been embarrassing. i hope that gets fixed soon.

the breakfast included multiple choices the restaurant offered a decent selection of options and i liked the fresh pastries i had a twin room it provided ample space for one person the beds were comfortable i found the free wifi to be reliable throughout the hotel it allowed me to stay connected for work. the parking lot offered plenty of space even when the hotel seemed busy

the water pressure in the shower was somewhat low it made rinsing a bit time consuming

The room was clean with a kettle. I could also control the temperature.

The lift was not working. I had to walk upstairs, quite inconvenient with my luggage. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It was difficult to get a consistent warm water flow. It kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold.

i found the room to be basic and comfortable. a very good workspace desk was available. the location felt very quiet and accommodation felt spacious. the secure car park gave me peace of mind.

the restaurant was closed . i was told this at check-in. i could order my own food for delivery. i could eat this in the bar or my room. the carpet in my room could do with a deep clean.
