The room they gave me was great. A mini fridge was in the room and I thought that was useful. The sitting area by reception was nice also. The bar was nearby.

The bed in my room squeaked. It was a noisy bed and I had a hard time sleeping. The bacon I got at breakfast seemed undercooked. The sausage looked over cooked too.

staff was friendly and accommodating . the hot cookies was a nice touch at check-in, the kid's liked it a lot. i found the location useful and easily accessible to nearby shops. the room had all i needed.

the hotel charges for parking, i think it should be complimentary. it felt inconvenient to pay for parking, especially because the hotel is near a roundabout. this added an unexpected cost to my stay.
