The breakfast was great (especially the variety of pastries!). The staff were friendly and very attentive during breakfast service. I liked the welcome cookie I received upon arrival. The hotel had nice touches, such as providing kids packs.

the staff at reception offered great service. valentino and mckanzie were very accommodating and met all our needs (really!).

i expected more variety at breakfast. the selection was average.

Kelsey and Tomasi showed genuine professionalism and warmth! Their service during the business meeting really stood out. I found the provided service to be especially effective throughout my stay. I was very satisfied. The facilities were clean and well kept.

The front desk staff did not seem particularly cute upon arrival.

The room they gave me was great. A mini fridge was in the room and I thought that was useful. The sitting area by reception was nice also. The bar was nearby.

The bed in my room squeaked. It was a noisy bed and I had a hard time sleeping. The bacon I got at breakfast seemed undercooked. The sausage looked over cooked too.

friendly staff hot cookies

staff was friendly and accommodating . the hot cookies was a nice touch at check-in, the kid's liked it a lot. i found the location useful and easily accessible to nearby shops. the room had all i needed.

the hotel charges for parking, i think it should be complimentary. it felt inconvenient to pay for parking, especially because the hotel is near a roundabout. this added an unexpected cost to my stay.
