stained carpet extensive mold
the staff were polite and attentive.
The room had stained carpet that felt unsanitary. I was glad slippers were provided. mold covered the bathroom window frame and the tub had mold too. the room was like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in years.

Really good Cotswold Experience
kind staff honeymoon suite convenient location excellent access
During my recent visit, the staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. I received a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite, a nice surprise. I enjoyed the convenient location near the train station and the town center. The hotel provides excellent access for exploring the surrounding areas.
The room did not include a sufficient number of washcloths. They only had midsize and large bath towels.

This hotel features multiple lounges that are very comfy and tidy . The hotel is historic and well-kept, and parking is available in front of the building at no cost. The hotel is also dog-friendly for a surcharge per night.

My room included water bottles and good quality soap with handcream. The bathroom included a proper bath with a mat. Towels were placed on a heated towel radiator, and the room was clean and updated. The room was warm and cozy.

Breakfast featured many choices and efficient service. The hotel provided free water each day. I found many restaurants on the main street for dining. The hotel serves bountiful breakfast food in a cosy dining room.
