tv issueclosed gym
i booked a standard room but the tv didnt work . no one informed me about this issue when i checked in. also, the gym was closed, and they didnt told me this, before. i am disappointed with this situation, i think it could have been handled much better.
The hotel offered a clean room and good facilities. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast selection was great and the cooked food was hot.
The receptionist were unfriendly. I booked a twin room but I was given a double room instead. The towels in the bathroom was for one person.
