Christina was very helpful at check-in. charmain also provided excellent service when i booked breakfast. the room was clean and suitable for my needs. i enjoyed using the pool downstairs. It was clean and well-kept.

i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and spacious room. the mini fridge was a useful addition. i also found the bathroom to be quite big. the rollaway bed seemed very good quality to me.
i noticed some menu items were unavailable in the restaurant.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was acceptable and the hotel was clean.
The lack of soundproofing was a major issue. I could hear people running in the corridor all night. it kept me awake. also, i didn't like that parking required payment despite the distance from town. It felt unnecessary and added to the cost of the stay.
