excellent locationcomfortable family roomen suite
the location was excellent. the family room had an en suite with a toilet and shower. there was a tv and a kettle with tea and coffee.
the noise from the street outside continued until 3 am.

the bus timetable at reception proved very helpful. the bus station was also an easy walk. the staff prepared breakfast for me despite the late hour. the full english breakfast tasted excellent.
the communal areas smelled musty. the stairwell looked rather tired. the sink seemed unclean with traces from prior guests. the ensuite bathroom felt very small.
