The room offered ample space. Everything functioned correctly, i found this very assuring. i also spent time at the on-site spa. It felt wonderful. the staff were helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the breakfast and the wide range of choices available.

The tv in my room was too small for the space. It detracted from the viewing experience.

the gym and pool facilities were excellent, and the pool was lovely and heated. i found the gym equipment to be really good quality and clean. The staff were super friendly, too. i also liked the reception space because there were plenty of spaces to relax away from crowds.

i had the chicken burger, and the roll was burnt. also, the chicken was dry. it was sent back.

It provided a relaxing environment wanting to swim and relax. the changing room includes lockers, requiring guests to bring their own smaller padlock for securing personal belongings. there is also a gym.

the room was nice. i found it clean, it had all the facilities i expected. toiletries were included, and biscuits too, many hotels do not offer this anymore. the swimming pool felt lovely and relaxing. it was a nice thing

something felt wrong with the water system! every time i used the tap in the bathroom, it. our entry card stopped working, and i had to go to the reception several times, it could not be fixed.

The spa jacuzzi was broken. A big letdown. plus, the entrance to the pool had mud on the floor, and the pool water was freezing! the extractor fan in my room didn't work and there weren't any robes or slippers for going to the spa. it seemed outdated.

I found the staff very helpful. They were pleasant at the hotel and also in the restaurant. The breakfast was good. The grounds were beautiful and spacious..

The bar seemed understocked. They ran out of mineral water one afternoon. I noticed the water pressure in the room was weak. It was difficult to wash the soap away.

the staff were helpful , particularly at the gym. i especially liked how they turned on the bubbles in the children's pool , my son really enjoyed that. the location offers easy access to the cotswolds , i appreciated that.

the bar was understocked. they even ran out of mineral water on a sunday afternoon , which was inconvenient. the water pressure in my room was very weak , washing away soap was difficult.
