the courtyard suite had its own private outside area leading to the grounds (a real treat!). i loved exploring the gardens with my family, and the food, especially breakfast, was fabulous. the staff were very friendly and helpful .

i found that the disabled parking bays were not much wider than regular bays. this made accessibility a little difficult.

The grounds are beautiful for a walk. I found the staff to be excellent and really helpful. My room had great views of the grounds. I also recommend the Glasshouse Restaurant. Waiting staff were all very attentive and the food was excellent.

I experienced no hot water in my room for two days. I complained the first morning but heard nothing. The second day I still had no hot water and complained at reception again. My key didn't work most of the time and I had to return to reception to reactivate it.

The courtyard suite was clean and spacious. i found the breakfast fantastic, there was a wide variety of choices. the grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed walking around. the location was ideal, close to many attractions.

the room key failed to work consistently, needing frequent re-activation from the reception desk. this was inconvenient, especially when returning from the courtyard.

I adored the beautiful grounds. They provided a perfect backdrop for our stay. the staff was also attentive (particularly in the restaurant).

Our room lacked air conditioning, and , made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer hours. the bathroom felt a little dated. The shower pressure was quite low.
