grubby grout misleading description

the room was really well appointed and clean.

the grout in the shower was grubby, a detail i didn't expect (even in the best places!). the bathroom bin was flaking off, like it had seen better days. also, the website mentioned a doggy bed, bowl, and welcome hamper for my furry friend, but none of that was actually in the room so it was a bit misleading.

loud group delayed drinks

The staff was lovely and efficient . I can't recommend them enough.

I made reservation for four at this hotel. The waiter placed us next to a loud group, I could not hear others speak. I had to ask for drinks repeatedly and my wine took 45 minutes to arrive.

room decoration quality breakfast thoughtful touches

I found the room decoration lovely and appreciated the radio. The breakfast was very good. I liked the little extras like pillow spray and toiletries.

I would have liked a few biscuits in room for the hot drinks.

the room (double room disability access) was nicely decorated and well equipped. free parking was available and very convenient. the breakfast was excellent (i especially liked the poached eggs!). the staff were friendly and helpful.

i found that my room lacked a fridge.
