Really good stay and superb service

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It provided a great start to my day, with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their attentiveness stood out. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals. I enjoyed a Sunday roast that was perfectly cooked.

I did notice the road noise was slightly high at times, which occasionally made sleep difficult.

The parking area had four charging stations available for electric vehicles. This was particularly convenient. There were scenic walking paths available along the river. It makes exploring the surroundings much easier.

The staff were awesome. Their Christmas setup was especially warm and cute. Robert, in particular. I appreciated his dedication and willingness to assist with anything needed.

the location is right on the thames path, i appreciated that. the terrace was nice, i spent some time there .

I thought there needed to be more staff during the afternoon and for breakfast. This was a problem. room 2 next door was very noisy all night so sleeping was difficult.
