fixed menu evening meal missing bidet old room

the fixed menu evening meals, i must admit, were not too shabby and reminded me of a bit of a bargain.

I will say, the room situation wasn't all sunshine and roses, it was old and, dare i say, lacked a certain je ne sais quoi. Plus, no bidet in the bathroom, a real letdown.

The room i received differed significantly from the website's photos. it was to be in a staff housing area. I heard loud music and gatherings during shift changes. the room was small. also, the lack of a fan made the stuffiness unbearable.

i enjoyed my time. the free shuttle to the station was helpful. i also found the staff responded quickly and were available when i needed them. i especially appreciated the fine mountain views from my room, a real treat each morning.

the lack of air conditioning made the room warm at times. it was a bit uncomfortable, particularly during the day.
