comfortable bed spacious room good shower tea facilities heating pipe dismal lighting
the room had a balcony with views of jungfrau. it was spacious with a comfortable bed.. the shower was really good. a bus outside the hotel takes you to interlaken ost if you don't want to walk.
there were no tea making facilities in the room. the room was cold as the only heating pipe ran along the balcony window, so the heat disappeared. the room lighting was dismal at best.

helpful staff useful chargers great location
the location worked well for accessing local attractions. i stored my luggage early and the staff delivered it to my room later which i found helpful. my room included usb chargers in the wall jack which was very useful.
the hotel lacked air conditioning and only provided a fan.
