the location proved convenient, with access to nearby markets and cafes. (this made exploring very simple.) room service was very efficient, with attentive staff that accommodated our schedules. i appreciated that the room was tidied even when we left later in the day. the refilling of our room amenities was also a nice touch.

The gym equipment needed some maintenance, specifically the elliptical. It made concerning cracking noises during use. i also noted that there was no complimentary water available. a bottle was priced at sfr 4.50.

I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to the Rhône River. Lake Geneva was also nearby. The breakfast options were GREAT!!!

The air conditioning was quite inconsistent. It seemed to turn off unexpectedly. I also noticed a lack of attention to detail. We found a shortage of tissues at one point.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The hotel location is excellent. I found many dining options nearby, also it's a short walk to the Rhône River. I appreciated the easy access to the Gare Cornavin train station, only about ten minutes away on foot. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay, a detail I value. I enjoyed the room service. My room was always perfectly prepared even with a late departure.

I noticed the air conditioning was a little inconsistent, slightly inconvenient at times.

The staff welcomed me warmly at reception. Mr Sofian was especially helpful and ready to assist. The location is excellent, near the city center and the lake. I enjoyed a good-sized room . Breakfast was delicious.

I noticed noise during the daytime, probably because of the civil work on a neighboring building. This reconstruction created some disturbance. It was sometimes hard to relax fully because of this.
