Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The hotel location is excellent. I found many dining options nearby, also it's a short walk to the Rhône River. I appreciated the easy access to the Gare Cornavin train station, only about ten minutes away on foot. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay, a detail I value. I enjoyed the room service. My room was always perfectly prepared even with a late departure.

I noticed the air conditioning was a little inconsistent, slightly inconvenient at times.

The staff welcomed me warmly at reception. Mr Sofian was especially helpful and ready to assist. The location is excellent, near the city center and the lake. I enjoyed a good-sized room . Breakfast was delicious.

I noticed noise during the daytime, probably because of the civil work on a neighboring building. This reconstruction created some disturbance. It was sometimes hard to relax fully because of this.
