my room was clean. i liked the bed. it was firm and provided good support. the breakfast was really good and offered many choices.
the bathroom showed wear. the tap was loose, and the toilet seat needed repair. i found what looked like mould on the shower tiles. also, the water from the tap was only hot.

I loved how the staff were really nice. We were getting married that day and really needed an earlier check-in, and they made it happen! the team allowed us to check in earlier and gave us keys, such a relief as we had celebrations later. i found the food to be of decent quality, very welcome after a busy day.
the car park entrance was a little tricky to spot at night because it is on a one-way system and not very well lit.

The staff acted friendly and offered great service I found this really helpful. Both the evening meal and breakfast tasted delicious I really liked that. The decor looked clean and fresh adding to a nice environment I felt pleased with this.
The room felt small like a converted closet It looked old with some cracks I noticed.
