The location worked well for visiting family (very convenient!). The room had good, clean facilities. I found the breakfast to be satisfactory.
There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The shower swivelled when the water came out, and it was either cold or scalding. The room size felt small and cramped to me.

the room had comfy beds. breakfast was nice. i found the staff to be friendly, something i value when away from home. parking was good. i did like the hot water for showers.
my room seemed slightly tired, but the cost was so low that this didn't bother me much.

i saw the bar area and restaurant are nice. the breakfast was acceptable in general terms. i believe that the staff keeps the spaces very tidy, a detail that i always value in my travels.

the hotel location provides easy access. the place is near the m62, a great benefit for those who need to travel around. there are also plenty of parking spaces, so that visitors do not worry.

i visited the birch hotel and the staff was really helpful. there was plenty of parking available plus the gardens were well kept. quality ingredients were cooked for the breakfast so i could start my day off right. it was great!
i noticed the shower door was broken, i reported to reception and they offered me a noisy desk heater. i thought the desk heater was not a good solution.
