Check-in was quick even late at night. The hotel has a modern design. The location is superb, with just a short walk to the terminals (especially convenient for early flights). I found the breakfast selection excellent.
The room lacked a mini fridge or microwave, which would have added convenience.

The hotel is very close to Terminal 5, just a short walk. The breakfast offers a wide selection with service beginning at 3 AM, quite convenient. Dinner is available starting at 5 PM, with tasty food at reasonable prices. Staff demonstrates friendliness when taking meal orders.
I found that there were limited options for storing my clothing. The absence of a wardrobe. Additional storage solutions would enhance the functionality of the room.

i found the room was precisely what i needed. the furnishings were well placed. the bathroom was efficient. i was able to easily access the airport.
the hotel didn't answer the phone when we needed to reach them. the breakfast is a stable 7. nothing stands out, and nothing is really missing.
