poor lighting shower design

the breakfast was good and the location suited my needs.

The room felt dark because of poor lighting (i almost tripped a couple of times). also, the shower design allowed water to flood the bathroom floor. It was quite annoying to clean up after each shower. the lack of proper sealing on the shower screen was a clear oversight.

the hotel had a very central location (near several malls and shops). it was approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the arlanda airport express train. the rooms were quiet, and the breakfast was very good, providing everything i expected. the employees were also very helpful and kind, addressing all my questions.

The reception staff were efficient at check-in. My room featured light colors and a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast offered good food. The hotel is well-located for accessing various city areas. I would choose this hotel again on future visits.

Acceptable Stay , but Issues Noted

dim lighting unattentive staff

I was annoyed that the room felt quite dark , even with all the lights on. The hallways also seemed dimly lit. Another major issue was the lack of attentiveness from the staff , I had to ask multiple times for basic things like extra towels and water before receiving them. This was especially frustrating considering the hotel's supposed high standards.
