The reception staff were efficient at check-in. My room featured light colors and a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast offered good food. The hotel is well-located for accessing various city areas. I would choose this hotel again on future visits.

I found the hallways to be too dark. This made it difficult to read the room numbers.

I was annoyed that the room felt quite dark , even with all the lights on. The hallways also seemed dimly lit. Another major issue was the lack of attentiveness from the staff , I had to ask multiple times for basic things like extra towels and water before receiving them. This was especially frustrating considering the hotel's supposed high standards.
