the front desk staff were helpful with directions. the restaurant is conveniently located next to the lobby. the bed and pillows provided a restful sleep. it was nice to have such easy access to departures.
the room temperature was a bit too warm and difficult to adjust , but i managed.

The location is quite convenient. It is within the airport terminal. I found a couple of bars and restaurants very close to the hotel.
The check-in process felt slow. I waited longer than 15 minutes. It did not feel pleasant.

dirty carpethallway noise
the room i got felt rather basic , nothing like the photos. i found some questionable stains on the carpet , and the bathroom mirror had a crack. the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable , and it was a struggle to get a decent night's sleep because of it. the breakfast buffet , while extensive , was a bit of a free-for-all with very long queues.

stained carpetworn furniture
I was really disappointed with the state of my room. there were stains on the carpet and the furniture looked pretty worn. i also found some hairs in the bathroom. It just didn't feel very clean. the tv remote didn't work properly either. I had to get up close to the tv to change the channel, super annoying.

the location impressed me greatly. it was convenient to walk from my late flight directly to the room. i also took advantage of the great breakfast before catching my next flight. this eliminated any stress of early morning travel.
the room i booked did not have a view. the website mentioned runway views, so i found it disappointing to face an interior hallway instead. this detracted from the overall experience i had anticipated.
