decent stay in a central location

superb location comfortable bed air conditioning narrow corridor stained carpet inconvenient parking

the hotel had a superb location , right in the heart of everything. the room was airconditioned , a great relief during the warmer days. the bed was quite comfortable , ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The corridors felt a bit like a maze , quite narrow and with multiple steps , , made navigating with luggage tricky. i also found the carpet in the room was stained in places. the lack of on-site parking was inconvenient . It required a walk from the car park with luggage.

fantastic stay in a central location

central location warm welcome comfortable suite amazing staff

the hotel is wonderfully situated right in the heart of the pedestrian area it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed a real bonus. the staff greeted me warmly at reception. my family suite was comfortable and quite spacious. breakfast was very tasty with an amazing staff

the elevator felt quite small it was a bit tight for luggage

stained carpet loud air conditioning

the location was amazing the super nice team and friendly someone was always available to speak to

the room was quite small the carpet looked stained and dirty overnight the electricity kept cutting out and restarting this caused the air conditioning to make a loud noise each time it came back on plus the hallway light shone under the door directly onto the bed it was really not a great experience
