convenient location luxury brands cute staff invaluable assistance
The location is very convenient. It is close to luxury brands and near the lake. I also enjoyed the exclusive, car-free walking street nearby. The staff was very friendly and cute, especially the reception and breakfast teams. Special thanks to Sara. Her assistance was invaluable.
The hotel lacked tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I found very few clothes hangers in the small hanging space.

The staff demonstrated great communication skills. They were always ready to assist with requests (especially directions and local tips). Their prompt attention greatly enhanced my stay.

high standard professional staff comfortable environment excellent location
i found the hotel maintained to a very high standard. ryan from the front desk was very friendly and professional. he was helpful in explaining everything i needed. the room and the location were excellent.
the check-in process took a long time, slightly inconvenient.

inconsistent experience
no air conditioning uncomfortable room
the staff were friendly and cute, which i appreciated.
The room lacked air conditioning, something i found unacceptable given the price i paid. it became unbearably hot, especially at night. even with the window open, the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. It was hard to get a good night's sleep

The location was perfect to see everything. the staff was helpful. I appreciated that. the decor created a nice atmosphere. i found the walkable central location convenient. it made getting around very easy.
the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a slight disappointment though.
