the location allowed easy access to shops. the room provided a cozy retreat with a lovely view. the staff offered helpful directions.

the reception being closed after 3 pm presented a bit of an inconvenience. an earlier email would definitely help guests prepare better.

The hotel is near a bridge in the centre, i found it a great central spot. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, allowing convenient travel. Plus, public transport is close by.

The receptionists were very polite. They spoke good english, which helped a lot. Staff members answered my questions thoroughly before i arrived, which i appreciated so much.

i was actually surprised that i could check in early around 11 am the room was ready for me i had booked a double room i was also given a transport card. the staff was friendly and helpful especially teresa who quickly arranged a date change for my friend's stay and the location was great facing the beautiful lake.

the staff were multilingual and could assist in various languages they were able to give helpful information about nearby attractions i was directed to a food fair it had great food and drink choices , made the experience very fun.
