fantastic stay in a central location!!!

comfortable room pleasant staff coffee pods

my room was a superior double or twin room. it was very comfortable and clean. i found the staff to be pleasant. fresh coffee pods were also a nice touch in the room.

the elevator was very busy, and i sometimes had to wait a bit. more toiletries like toothpaste and slippers would improve the experience. the room didn't provide much space.

the breakfast offered fresh options and plenty of choices. coffee was available, alongside a selection of cereals. it provided a good start to the day before exploring.

beautiful walks easy access

the location was close to the lake. access to beautiful walks in the city was easy. the staff answered questions easily. the location allowed purpose access to shopping.

the air conditioning only goes on in june, so it was a bit warm.

convenient location friendly staff good provisions

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had good provisions. I found a cappuccino machine and a fridge in the room.

There was only one espresso cup and one cappuccino cup. It was not adequate for two people.

major attraction easy walk transit system

The location proved fantastic. The coach station sits very close. I also appreciated the easy walk to all major attractions. The transit system made reaching further spots simple. The room itself was stylish. It suited all my needs. I found it a lovely space. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room I stayed in could have benefited from slightly enhanced cleanliness. Some areas needed better attention.
