lack of air conditioninguncomfortable room

the view from my room was alright, but i had expected better. the lack of air conditioning was a real issue (it was july!). the room became uncomfortably warm, especially at night. there was a fan, but it wasn't enough to combat the heat and the noise it made was distracting.

The location was conveniently near public transportation. I got complimentary public transport vouchers (a great perk!). My room had a fantastic lake view. The hotel is near a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a cafe. This made it easy to get supplies.

The room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold. I wish there was an option to have one.

The staff was helpful and kind. They provided a free transport pass. The restaurant staff ensured prompt service at dinner (the menu was superb).
