attentive staff perfect room poor breakfast air conditioning

The reception staff were attentive. They were very organised and friendly. Alex at the bar was helpful. He seemed very passionate about his job. Our room was perfect with all the amenities i needed.

The hotel did not offer air conditioning, this was a MAJOR issue. i also found that the breakfast was poor. I thought there was a very limited choice of options.

lack of air conditioning uncomfortable room

the view from my room was alright, but i had expected better. the lack of air conditioning was a real issue (it was july!). the room became uncomfortably warm, especially at night. there was a fan, but it wasn't enough to combat the heat and the noise it made was distracting.

Wonderful Stay Near Geneva

public transport lake view great perk

The location was conveniently near public transportation. I got complimentary public transport vouchers (a great perk!). My room had a fantastic lake view. The hotel is near a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a cafe. This made it easy to get supplies.

The room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold. I wish there was an option to have one.

The staff was helpful and kind. They provided a free transport pass. The restaurant staff ensured prompt service at dinner (the menu was superb).
