convenient location valet parking helpful staff warm breakfast

The location was very convenient with good access to transportation. I found valet parking available at a reasonable rate. This was useful. The front desk staff accommodated changes to my reservation without extra charges. Breakfast offered standard Swiss fare, and included warm options like eggs and bacon.

The room was dimly lit and felt slightly claustrophobic.

polite staff restaurant style

The staff was very polite. The style reminded me of the 20s. i really adored the restaurant's distinct style. It was different from modern hotels. this felt very romantic, and i loved every moment spent there!

The air conditioning was turned off. I prefer to control my environment. i wish the air conditioning worked because it was a bit warm.

The breakfast had a good variety and included warm items like eggs and bacon. I found that quite standard for hotels in switzerland. the front desk staff was helpful and kind! they accommodated my changing plans at the last minute without any extra charge. i really appreciated that.

the elevator was very small, which could be inconvenient when carrying large luggage.
