clean room helpful staff

The breakfast options were good i found the room clean upon arrival. i used the provided nespresso machine each morning. the staff were very helpful. They quickly addressed a minor request i had.

the building has beautiful design. i also found the location near the elizabeth line very convenient! the bed in my room offered great comfort. i was kinda surprised with the ease of access to transportation.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the room, though it didn't affect my overall stay much.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a lovely note with extra tea bags. the staff catered for wedding preparations with care. i must say, the service was really good..

The location is convenient near the metro station. I found the beds nice and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh products.

The male evening reception staff was rude! and ignored me when I asked a question after arriving back at the hotel.
