fresh towels easy walk tea coffee

the staff gave fresh towels each day, a small, sweet touch. the location let me to reach victoria station in about 10 minutes, it was a easy walk. the room include a kettle with tea and coffee, this helped me start my mornings.

the room was quite small, moving around with luggage were little difficult.

small room poor water pressure

The staff was friendly. They did accommodate my request to leave my bags after i checked out.

The room was quite small, even for just one person. it was difficult to move around with my luggage, and there wasn't much space to store my belongings. the bathroom showed its age. The shower had poor water pressure and there was visible mold in the corners!

EXCELLENT stay!

fantastic location fresh towels friendly staff

The location is FANTASTIC. Tea and coffee were available in the room plus fresh towels daily. I did not expect a five-star hotel. It is budget-friendly and perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly. Fatima, the receptionist, was accommodating. The beds were soft and clean and the rooms were tidy!

The room was a bit small, considering the price.

hot shower modern fixtures

I loved that my room had a blazing hot shower. the showerhead was adjustable also. i really liked the new bathroom fixtures too. They felt modern and clean.

the heavy fire door near my room made a bit of noise when other guests entered.
