The included breakfast had enough choices. The location is great, being close to the train station. I found friendly staff . They answered my questions.

My room was small. It was difficult to move around the bed. The air quality became a concern because the air conditioning was disconnected. I did not like I was unable to control the temperature in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly from the start. the room was spacious and tidy. the location is also great. It's very central.

the air quality was a problem because the air conditioners were disconnected. i couldn't control the temperature in the room. kettles are not available in the rooms, so i had to go to the breakfast room for coffee.

wonderful experience

convenient location great staff professional staff

the hotel is spotlessly clean. there is parking. staff was really great. the location is convenient for accessing the river. i found the hotel is tidy. breakfast was good. i appreciate the super professional staff.

the air conditioners was disconnected . i think the hotel decision to disconnect the aircon is a cost consideration and not an environmental one. it make me uncomfortable, so i opened the windows, and street noise came into my bedroom. that make it difficult to sleep.

excellent experience!

convenient location helpful staff secure parking

I appreciated the convenient location and helpful staff. they were always cheerful and ready to assist. the free hot drinks and snacks available from 1 pm to 9 pm were a real treat. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries. the secure undercover parking was great!

The air conditioning system was not adjustable. Only the fan could be controlled. this made managing the room's temperature a little challenging, especially without a way to introduce fresh air without opening the windows. i hope this is addressed soon to enhance guest comfort.
