i found the staff helpful and friendly throughout the stay. the ski rental shop inside the hotel made acquiring equipment straightforward and convenient. i also appreciated the ski lockers included with the room, it kept everything organized.

i experienced some waiting times using the lifts in the hotel. it seemed like a busy period, so it was sometimes difficult to access the elevators promptly.

The hotel included a ski shop. It made renting equipment simple. Ski lockers were also included. I booked lift passes and collected them the next morning.

the location was quite good, and it had lots for kids to do. many people stayed at hotel, including people without kids. the beds feel very comfortable. we enjoyed the bar also the spa.

i thought the temperature in room was too high to sleep. air conditioning did not work. i am advised to open door.

the ski hire on the premises proved acceptable.

the room temperature was far too high for comfortable sleep air conditioning did not function. staff suggested opening the door which was hardly a solution. the listing falsely advertised it as a ski-in and ski-out location which it definitely was not.
