convenient location easy access hot water early shower
i enjoyed my stay and found the location very convenient. it allowed easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and bus routes. i found the breakfast to be of high-quality.
i had some issues with the hot water not being readily available. i was told it was too early to shower at 18:30.

mixed feelings about this stay

cramped room unhelpful staff
I was not happy with my experience. The room felt very cramped, I could barely move around. the staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance with my luggage, REALLY frustrating. They just pointed to the stairs. It felt quite unwelcoming.

i appreciated the welcome from the staff, especially Elina at reception she gave great local advice for an enjoyable stay. The location proved convenient to access bus stops and shops. they prepared an early breakfast at 4.30am before my flight.
the elevator felt a bit small and old it could use some updating.

THE location is central. A ski bus stop located just outside provided convenient access. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I received an unexpected room upgrade.
The bathroom grout had slight mildew, this was a minor issue.

moldy bathroom outdated elevator
The location was acceptable, close to the centre.
The room was quite small. The bathroom had mold between the tiles. This NEEDS addressing. The elevator was also very small and seemed outdated.
