I was not happy with my experience. The room felt very cramped, I could barely move around. the staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance with my luggage, REALLY frustrating. They just pointed to the stairs. It felt quite unwelcoming.

i appreciated the welcome from the staff, especially Elina at reception she gave great local advice for an enjoyable stay. The location proved convenient to access bus stops and shops. they prepared an early breakfast at 4.30am before my flight.

THE location is central. A ski bus stop located just outside provided convenient access. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I received an unexpected room upgrade.

The bathroom grout had slight mildew, this was a minor issue.
