amazing staffhotel activityeasy travel
staff was amazing i find. the hotel offered activities for kids which was very convenient for me. the hotel was right next to the bus stop. the location made travel very easy. it had good breakfast.
i did not like that housekeeping didn't replenish paper cups and coffee after we used them.

i found the staff very helpful and always available. the location is excellent with the bus stop for all the ski mountains right outside. it was a quick ten-minute walk from the center. the hotel offers lockers for ski equipment , a great convenience.
i noticed that housekeeping did not replenish paper cups and coffee and tea after use.

surprisingly positive Experience

I found a cheerful vibe throughout the hotel, really lifted my spirits. rooms had a clean, comfortable feel, especially after long days outside. the breakfast buffet and happy hour was a plus, good start and end to the day. it was nice there were so many games, even bowling. Great for families. its really convinient that the bus station is right next door, made travel easy.
the ice machine was temporarily out of service. i had to purchase ice from a store. this was only a small inconvenience.

our room included comfortable beds and large windows. i noticed the room has blackout curtains and individual reading lights. the bathroom had refillable toiletries and a hair dryer. the provided towels are plush.
