The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room had issues. The lighting was insufficient making it difficult to see properly, and there was not enough storage space for clothing. The wellness area lacked sufficient loungers, also cold showers were not available near the sauna.

the breakfast selection was great! i had smoked salmon, fresh pastries, and a lot of fruit. the ski shop within the hotel made renting equipment super easy. the staff was always available and helpful, especially with directions.

The hotel boasts a hydro spa included in my stay. This was a great feature. I appreciated the free crepe stand available to guests. I found both the lobby and bar to be very inviting spaces.
The fire alarm unexpectedly activated during the night, disrupting my sleep. The fire alarm in my room did not function correctly, concerning. There was no staff present in the corridor at the time of the alarm.
