uninformed staff room uncleanliness
I found some issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff sometimes seemed uninformed, leading to confusion regarding room upgrades, it was quite frustrating. on the day I checked out, I noticed dried vomit next to the bedside table. This was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber, it showed a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness, which significantly impacted my perception of the hotel.

The room was super clean. The balcony was a plus. I could enjoy a cup of coffee outside each morning. There were both indoor and outdoor pools available at any time.
During dinner, house guests were not allowed access to the rooftop for an aperitif. I found this inconvenient.

The location includes close proximity to the lake. metro station access is also available nearby. It simplifies transportation. friendly staff greeted me. modern amenities and beautiful architecture were visible throughout the hotel.
the elevators felt small, and door operation was slightly difficult.

The room included great amenities. It was especially convenient . a separate shower and bath were available with provided supplies. the balcony featured a sun shade, but it only had one chair.

the hotel is situated well for exploring the city on foot. public transport connections are available. a metro station is very close to the hotel, very practical.
