the included public transportation pass was a thoughtful touch, especially considering the area's steep hills. i found on-site parking with ev chargers very convenient. the breakfast was excellent and had a nice variety.. really great!
The pool area requires some upkeep. Some shower heads needed replacement and some equipment was not fully functional. it wasn't a big deal, but worth mentioning.

the room included climate control, which worked perfectly, and i found the bed comfortable and the pillows nice. i booked a beautiful double room park view and it offered ample space for luggage and relaxation. fresh towels were supplied daily.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts. the spa features a warm indoor swimming pool and i enjoyed swimming there. the bar offered a wide selection of cocktails and the restaurant served swiss cuisine.

I found some issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff sometimes seemed uninformed, leading to confusion regarding room upgrades, it was quite frustrating. on the day I checked out, I noticed dried vomit next to the bedside table. This was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber, it showed a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness, which significantly impacted my perception of the hotel.

The room was super clean. The balcony was a plus. I could enjoy a cup of coffee outside each morning. There were both indoor and outdoor pools available at any time.
During dinner, house guests were not allowed access to the rooftop for an aperitif. I found this inconvenient.
