My room featured a large window that perfectly framed the lake! the soft bedding enveloped me each night. i especially enjoyed the variety of pillows provided. It allowed for personalized comfort. the room's decor had a classic, elegant feel.
i found there was no lift from street level to reception!

excellent lakeside stay
prompt mailing great location alps views
the staff promptly mailed a folder with important documents to my next hotel. the location is great, near the promenade and restaurants. the beautiful double room had fine lake and alps views. following the lakeside and outdoor escalators made returning to the railway station easy.
the pool was very small and quite cold. there were few places to sit near it, and those were mostly shaded.

lakeside view convenient location

The room provided blackout roller shutters. these features guaranteed a good night sleep. i found double doors into the room. This added soundproofing. the view was fine, particularly from the terrace i had. i think the location is great, right on the promenade near many restaurants.
i requested a twin room, but i was given two single beds. they were placed next to each other. i had to rearrange the furniture to separate them. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

huge balcony large bathroom
the room had a really huge balcony, i loved it. the bathroom was wonderfully large (a rarity, i've noticed).
my minibar was turned off when i arrived, it was a bit ridiculous (i wanted a cold drink immediately!).

i was grateful for the hotel's location on the lake front. my room was spacious. the breakfast selection had a lovely assortment of foods.
i noticed some cracked tiles. the restaurant prices were high. also there were no coffee or tea facilities in the rooms.

prime location clean room friendly staff
The hotel enjoys a prime location directly by the lake. I found the room very clean and spacious (it had a lovely balcony!). The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with directions and suggestions.
The room I stayed in lacked air conditioning. I found this made it a little uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.
