I especially loved the helpfulness from the reception staff. They efficiently assisted with our ski equipment storage. i also appreciated the quick elevator service available. the hotel offered excellent access to local ski runs. It enhanced our experience.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They organized an easter egg hunt and left chocolate rabbits in the room, a very kind gesture. The food was lovely. Breakfast and dinner offered really good choices. I appreciated the clean rooms with fresh towels provided for the pool.

Excellent Ski Getaway

I found the location allowed for easy access to the slopes. Though not officially ski-in and ski-out, returning on the Belvedere run was quite convenient. I appreciated turning right from the hotel to access a quieter lift towards Vallandry.. it helped avoid the crowds. The staff were consistently friendly and spoke English fluently.
The website presented some inaccurate information about the availability of midday snacks, which led to some inconvenience. I discovered there was no food service between breakfast and 3 PM, thus I had to go to town for lunch.

The staff was super helpful, including assistance with our car! the room was great. It had an amazing valley view that i thoroughly enjoyed each morning. the hotel proved bike friendly, a real plus for mtb enthusiasts. i loved the modern design found throughout the hotel, rooms, and even the bar!
The breakfast was not always smooth. Food sometimes ran out and took a little while to be refilled, though breakfast lasted for hours. it was a minor inconvenience, and the rest of my vacays was fantastic.
