mixed feelings about a short stay

broken air conditioning awful pillows

the location was acceptable. it was close to many places i wanted to visit .

The room was rather small. there was a dial on the wall for air conditioning, but the hotel said it wasn't working. That was annoying. also, the pillows were just awful. they were lumpy and provided no support at all.

the location suited my needs well the hotel was satisfactory.

the room was not properly cleaned daily. the coffee sachets were not replenished despite two phone calls. this explanation was unacceptable.

The hotel is very close to everything. I found amazing views from my room. Daniela and other staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and the facility were clean too!
