poor service negative impression

The location was great. It put me right in the town center.

The staff attitude ruined it. They acted superior to guests. I asked to use the spa to shower after checking out but before my transfer, and they treated my request as outrageous. Customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth.

the location is perfect. the staff was kind and helpful . my room was comfortable and clean, which i appreciated. the rooftop pool and sauna offer an really good view.

the parking charge was an additional, unexpected cost! it was quite off putting.

Excellent location with rooftop spa

My family and I stayed in a room with alpine touches. The rooftop spa offered excellent views. Staff were helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. Ali was particularly great! the underground garage parking was convenient.

The wifi wasn't the strongest, it was sometimes slow even in the lobby.

The room had a mini bar though i'm not sure about the cooling temperature and a large, comfortable bed with good pillows, so i slept very well. A bathrobe and slippers were available in the room for additional comfort, a nice touch. There was also a balcony with views.

The hotel is close to the pedestrian area, shops, and restaurants so you're very close to everything. Underground parking is available for a fee of 30 euros. I really liked that everything was so close, that's very convenient.

The staff members were very nice and professional . The manager, ali, was helpful when i needed assistance. He waited for us and gave us directions late one night.

Excellent Location and AMAZING Rooftop Spa!

The hotel has a super-convenient location in the middle of town. The rooftop spa was AMAZING with views of Mont Blanc!!! I also appreciated that they give us early check-in around 1 o'clock.

small bathroom non-working sauna

The room i received was quite disappointing. it was far from the advertised photos, a stark contrast. the bathroom felt cramped, and the bathtub was heavily scratched. It was unclean. the spa itself felt dated, with one of the saunas out of service during my entire stay.

the hotel is located very centrally. the breakfast buffet was extensive (especially the pastries).

the room faced a ventilation system. this system made a lot of noise when i opened the window (there was no air conditioning).
