charming stay near heathrow

the room was spacious. it had a comfortable queen bed. i also saw a well-equipped bathroom with fresh towels. its proximity to the airport made my early morning departure easier. the self check in machine provided a simple and quick process. staff members was also very polite.
the air conditioning cut out constantly through the night, so i needed to restart it.

the hotel features great access to heathrow airport via the u3 bus. major motorway routes exist not far away. i found that the hotel was easy to find. lots of parking spaces are a good size.

I found the staff super friendly throughout my stay. It really made a difference. i enjoyed the awesome breakfast options. There were so many choices! the room was quiet and well thought out. the bed was really comfy

The staff were VERY helpful and polite. My room was clean. The hotel restaurant opened early, a GREAT convenience for a quick dinner at the sports bar. I appreciated the smooth check-in process.

The dining options were convenient, particularly being close to the airport. transportation to and from the hotel was easy. A real plus for early flights. the rooms were quiet. I had a standard queen room and it was very clean. i found the self-service check-in very efficient.
the hotel lacked complimentary water bottles in the room, i thought that was a bit odd, though.

It stopped at every floor between the ground and the fifth floor, even going back down sometimes. This made travel between floors take way too long. Internet data did not work properly in the room.
