The hotel is directly connected to terminal 4. I found it quite convenient that it is a short walk through a covered walkway. I actually forgot an item in my room, but the housekeeping staff located it quickly. I was thankful for the prompt assistance AS I had already checked my bags.

The hotel location is convenient because it is close to the airport. I got off at Terminal 2 and took the Elizabeth Line to Terminal 4 before checking in (it was super easy!). The gym facilities were satisfactory and clean. I really enjoyed the airbridge link to Terminal 4.
The room service food was subpar. The keys kept deactivating, inconvenient. The carpet was coming up in places. I found this concerning.

This hotel has easy access to Terminal 4 via a connecting footbridge. My room felt modern and quite clean. The on-site restaurant was good for dinner. I did not need to find alternative options. The room was quiet. I could not tell I was at the airport.
