transportation access was easy. the airport is so close, and i loved the airport shuttle. check in and check out, they were simple.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is accessible by the free shuttle bus service. The room was well furnished and quiet. The bar offered a good selection of light meals.
Upon arrival for check in, the staff charged my card on file. I had asked them to charge a different card. The air conditioning in the room had some issues. Sometimes the room felt very hot. The tv remote control was not user friendly.

The free shuttle from the airport worked well. It was punctual, and the driver was friendly. Breakfast offered many choices. I found the options very satisfying.

The hotel location proved convenient , as it was quite close to the airport. The shuttle service was punctual . I found the staff to BE friendly. The room was equipped with necessary amenities.
The fitness room lacked sufficient equipment . I found the food at the bar to BE okay , but not excellent. There was limited variety , unfortunately. The entrance and exit access were somewhat difficult due to door closures.

the staff were friendly and helpful, meeting my expectations for service.
The fitness room was very disappointing. it had limited equipment. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the check-in desks seemed chaotic. Various doors were not in use, presumably due to heavy rain, so entering and exiting the hotel was not easy.
