convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed
The hotel is conveniently located across from the main train station. This made getting to my destinations easy. The staff was GREAT!!! They helped with all my requests. The beds were also comfortable, ensuring a restful night.

strong scent unanswered reception
the room had a strong scent of smoke upon arrival, despite the hotel having a no smoking policy. there were ashtrays in the room, this was contradictory. the temperature in the room wasnt adjustable and felt very cold. i attempted to contact the reception to adjust the room temperature, but there was no answer.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. It made traveling convenient. The staff was friendly, they offered directions. The room was clean. I found it practical for my needs.
The room was smaller than I expected. The elevators seemed quite slow. The check-in process took longer than it should. I spent time waiting.

The location was perfect for me. It was easy to take the train from the airport. i was glad i chose this hotel. It seemed like the best option available. the reception was great, and the staff was courteous. i upgraded to a terrace penthouse suite with a price drop and found it worthwhile.
the room was quite small, barely fitting everything i needed, and breakfast was often crowded, not offering many halal options.
