The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I appreciated the water provided at check-in, a nice touch. The breakfast was also good with enough choice.
My room did not have a tv, even though it was listed in the room description. The electrical switches were old, and most of them did not work properly. The room was also dark, since it faced the back courtyard.

the location was acceptable.
i found questionable stains on the bed linens. the hotel offered no other rooms, so i had to switch hotels. this caused significant trouble and somewhat ruined my anniversary surprise.

a magical escape
perfect locationreally good staffromantic touchslight inconvenience
i was thrilled with the location. everything i needed was within walking distance , and public transportation was readily available. the staff were kind and were pretty good too assist with every request i had. the hotel's historic charm added such a romantic touch to my stay.
the absence of a television in my room was a slight inconvenience. i did miss having that option available, especially in the evenings.
