the lobby had a wonderful layout.

the in-room entertainment system did not work properly it took over an hour and a half to resolve. staff interactions seemed cold and not very helpful considering it is a five-star hotel.

I stayed in a classic room. It featured a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. there were plenty of towels available, and housekeeping kept everything very tidy, i also appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring the area quite easy. adjacent car park was helpful, especially since most centrally located hotels lack parking. the staff was courteous, and always eager to assist, which i appreciated very much.

the floorboards were scratched in my room. it wasn't ideal when walking in.

The valet quickly handled my luggage. He reviewed room details. Security felt top notch, requiring a key for the elevator, the wing, and the room itself. Its a mini-city with many restaurants and shops.

The restaurant was not a great experience. I did not enjoy dinner or breakfast.
