The room was acceptably quiet considering the proximity to the airport terminal.

The restaurant service was surprisingly disorganized. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get seated. Ordering food was also slow and the staff seemed generally overwhelmed (maybe they need more training?). Then, I had issues with the minibar bill. I was charged for items I did not consume. Resolving this took an irritating amount of time at checkout.

the location WAS very convenient to the airport terminal.

I EXPERIENCED a concerning security issue . Jewelry went missing from my room. THE hotel's initial response was slow and it lacked transparency. they shifted responsibility instead of addressing the matter directly.
