easy check-inspacious roomgreat areaunfriendly ladyreduced pricebad food
Check in was very easy because you are able to do it online. Rooms are spacious, and it has all you would expect for a high-end venue. The area has many restaurants and bars. Broad street is quiet.
The main reception lady were not very friendly. We were due to pay on arrival, and the room price had been reduced. The hotel would not honor this price. Food on day too was not good at all.

average stay, cleanliness issues

keen stafflow sinkwet bathroom
the staff was super keen to help and answer all questions.
The bathroom modifications made it hard to use. The sink was so low, it was unusable without squatting. water flooded the bedroom, and the bathroom stayed wet the entire time. i wish i'd been informed about this before.
