The reception gentleman was professional and cute. The room was warm and pristine CLEAN. There was plenty of tea and coffee available, helpful. The stay was VERY lovely.
The single mattress on the futon bed was quite soft. It might need replacing soon.

i noticed the room could benefit from a refresh. it felt a little worn.

I had a ground floor room and it was spotlessly clean. The local information I got directed me to a SUPER carvery. The charging point for my car was right outside.
The location is off the M5. Walking anywhere from there proved impossible. I had to navigate to the next exit, which doubled travel time.
